What you'll be doing

Serve as global medical lead and monitor for early-phase interventional studies including first-in-human and Phase 1/1b trials
Lead study protocol development including patient population selection, endpoint design, and dose-escalation strategies
Provide hands-on medical oversight of study execution, eligibility review, safety monitoring, and benefit-risk assessment
Chair early asset/program teams and translational working groups, establishing objectives and development recommendations
Integrate clinical, pharmacologic, and biomarker data to guide proof-of-mechanism and subsequent development decisions
