- Degree in nursing, biology, or health-related field
- 5+ years medical coding experience with MedDRA and WHO Drug Dictionaries
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environment
- Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and clinical data management processes
- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and coding applications; Veeva and Medidata RAVE Coder desirable
What you'll be doing
- Conduct independent review of medical data coded by third parties for consistency and accuracy
- Oversee outsourced coding work through CRO review and synonym dictionary validation
- Review and maintain coding guidance and training documentation aligned with ICH guidelines
- Support MedDRA and WHO Drug Dictionary upversion activities across studies
- Advise other departments on dictionary use and coding quality standards
