Define target surgeon segments and build tailored engagement strategies across adoption continuum
Plan go-to-market initiatives for new implant configurations, instruments, and technique evolutions
Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, R&D, and regional teams to shape portfolio strategy and surgeon feedback integration
