- Drive launch of two hematology assets while analyzing market dynamics and identifying growth opportunities
- Partner with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to develop market strategies and promotional activities
- Adapt global campaigns for local field and digital use while maintaining consistency across regions
- Manage promotional budgets, recommend investment priorities, and monitor spending against objectives
