Role summary

- Manage all event lifecycle phases including planning, logistics, budgeting, onsite implementation, and post-event follow-up
- Collaborate with SMS stakeholders, Marketing Director, and Creative team to align objectives and ensure cohesive messaging
- Negotiate with conference organizers for event space, speaking programs, and promotional opportunities
- Support thought leadership initiatives and key opinion leader engagements at company events
