Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in matrix organizations

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute comprehensive market access strategies for new launches and portfolio lifecycle management
Integrate market access perspectives into brand strategies and commercial planning to maximize patient access
Lead pricing strategy development balancing affordability, system sustainability, and business objectives
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare institutions, government agencies, and reimbursement bodies
Identify evidence gaps and partner with Medical Affairs to develop evidence generation plans for reimbursement success
