What you'll be doing

Provide advanced technical support and engineering expertise across additive manufacturing operations
Lead process optimization initiatives and resolve technical challenges using structured problem-solving
Develop and implement standard operating procedures and work instructions compliant with GMP regulations
Conduct process validation studies and gauge R&R analyses for products and new processes
Manage assigned projects including scoping, budgeting, execution, and operational handover
