Demonstrated expertise in lean principles, statistical analysis, and root cause problem-solving methods
Fluency in Spanish and English; ability to communicate effectively across technical and production teams
Willingness to travel periodically to manufacturing sites and supplier locations

What you'll be doing

Lead line transfers, duplication activities, and operational manufacturing processes for robotic platform components
Execute continuous improvement initiatives targeting product quality, throughput, and cost reduction using data-driven analysis
Investigate assembly defects, identify root causes, and drive corrective dispositions
Design and implement fixtures for complex assembly operations to optimize cycle time and consistency
Create manufacturing validation protocols, process FMEAs, and equipment specifications in compliance with medical device standards
