Role summary

- Manage end-to-end planning, implementation, and delivery of Aspiring General Manager Program and transition enablement experiences
- Collaborate with instructional design partners to create engaging, blended learning experiences aligned with business priorities
- Design and implement manager enablement strategies to support participant development and on-the-job application
- Facilitate learning experiences for global manager and senior leader audiences in virtual and in-person settings
- Develop evaluation frameworks and use feedback to assess impact and drive continuous improvement
