Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Lead monitoring and analysis of brand quality from new product introduction through customer delivery
- Partner with R&D, supply chain, and commercial teams on product launches and manufacturing improvements
- Oversee engineering teams conducting quality research and implementing improvement strategies
- Assess and approve product deviations, change controls, and non-conformances with signature authority
- Develop and communicate 10-year strategic quality plans aligned with patient needs and business outcomes
