Role summary

- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Commercial, Finance, Product, and Operations teams
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Experience with pricing, CRM, ERP, or CPQ systems preferred
- Biotechnology or regulated industry experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead pricing and discount governance strategies balancing customer needs with profitability goals
- Develop and improve pricing governance processes, policies, controls, and approval workflows
- Create pricing analytics, dashboards, and reporting for performance insights and optimization
- Serve as pricing subject matter expert guiding strategy, negotiations, and pricing decisions
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives on pricing operations and process standardization
