- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement across matrixed global environments
- Expertise managing patient-level datasets from Patient Support Programs, Specialty Pharmacies, or claims sources
- Vendor management and contract negotiation experience
What you'll be doing
- Build and grow Patient Data Management team capabilities, transitioning work from external vendors
- Curate, aggregate, integrate, and secure patient data assets while maintaining compliance with privacy SOPs
- Define use cases and deliver high-quality data supporting longitudinal patient journey analytics
- Develop governance guidelines, SOPs, and access controls for sensitive patient datasets with Legal and Compliance
- Oversee vendor partners and drive automation improvements to enhance data processing cycle times
