- Coordinate escalation frameworks with field reimbursement, specialty pharmacies, and insurance providers for rapid issue resolution
- Monitor patient cases for delays and bottlenecks, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain rigorous documentation standards and foster cross-functional collaboration across access support teams
