Role summary

- Track record spanning preclinical, clinical development, scale-up, technology transfer, regulatory filings, and commercialization
- Experience with advanced drug delivery platforms and formulation technologies
- Knowledge of GMP, quality systems, regulatory requirements, and CMC strategy
What you'll be doing
- Lead formulation and process development for small molecules, peptides, and oligonucleotides across multiple programs
- Execute technology transfers, regulatory submissions, and commercialization activities
- Plan resources, prioritize overlapping programs, and align deliverables to CMC objectives and timelines
- Recruit, mentor, and develop scientific team members; foster continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytical, supply chain, quality, regulatory, and external partners
Compensation€96,000.00 - €165,025.00 base
