Role summary

Haemonetics seeks a Senior Manager to establish and lead medical education programs for Interventional Technologies, overseeing physician training, CME accreditation, and procedural competency pathways. The role reports to the VP of Global IVT Marketing and includes supervisory responsibilities for building educational infrastructure from inception.

8+ years in medical education, clinical training, or field clinical specialist roles
Demonstrated experience managing physician proctoring, preceptorship, or case observation programs
Experience in interventional cardiology, vascular closure, or structural heart
Proficiency in curriculum design and hands-on/simulation training facilitation
Familiarity with IRB processes and HCP engagement compliance guidelines
MBA preferred; CME/IME grant and accreditation experience preferred

What you'll be doing

Build and lead medical education function from inception, establishing infrastructure, accreditation processes, and compliance systems
Design and deliver hands-on training curricula including simulation labs, case observation, and proctoring for procedural competency
Identify, contract, and manage faculty and proctors in partnership with Medical Affairs and Legal/Compliance
Develop and manage medical education budget, CME/IME grant funding, and track program ROI and physician proficiency metrics
Partner cross-functionally with Sales Training, Clinical Marketing, Regulatory, and Compliance to ensure programming meets standards
