What you'll be doing

Define and govern local marketing capabilities with global CASA owners while ensuring alignment with global standards
Partner with IT to activate and manage omnichannel technologies including conversational AI, mobile messaging, and personalization platforms
Build in-house technical understanding of platform architecture to reduce vendor dependency and document channel operations
Develop campaign measurement strategies and analytics to inform personalization decisions
Build, prototype, and validate solutions directly using AI and automation tools rather than relying solely on vendors
