- 3+ years in product, brand, or marketing role
- Multi-country or regional European marketing experience
- Experience designing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Product launch and campaign execution experience in major European market preferred
- EFPIA Code knowledge and field sales experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Co-lead European brand planning including positioning, messaging, and annual tactical planning
- Design and optimize omnichannel healthcare professional campaigns across email, digital, web, and congress activities
- Oversee promotional and disease education material development, approvals, localization, and compliance
- Manage creative, digital, media, and congress agencies with budget and performance oversight
- Partner with commercial operations to deliver field-ready tools and coordinate CRM configuration
Compensation€81,375–€135,625 annually
