8-10+ years progressive commercial experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
3+ years in product, brand, or marketing role
Demonstrated multi-country or regional European marketing experience
Experience designing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns
Product launch and campaign execution experience in European pharmaceutical markets
Knowledge of EFPIA Code or applicable national industry codes preferred

What you'll be doing

Co-lead European brand planning including positioning, messaging, and annual tactical planning
Design, deliver, and optimize omnichannel healthcare professional campaigns across approved channels
Develop and manage promotional and disease education materials through approval and compliance workflows
Oversee creative, digital, media, and congress agencies; manage scopes, budgets, and performance
Direct commercial training programs and congress strategy execution with cross-functional teams

Compensation€71,925.00 - €119,875.00 annually
