Role summary

Senior Manager leading lifecycle management initiatives for Edwards Lifesciences' structural heart product portfolios. Will oversee large-scale programs spanning manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulatory, and engineering across commercialized and development-stage products to ensure global compliance, continuity, and uninterrupted patient supply.

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or manufacturing engineering
  • 10+ years providing technical engineering support in medical device manufacturing
  • Demonstrated track record commercializing and sustaining medical devices
  • Experience in supply chain, suppliers, manufacturing, and/or distribution
  • Proven ability leading cross-functional teams without direct line authority
  • Lean Six Sigma Belt certification preferred
  • Expert knowledge of design control for Class II & III medical devices

What you'll be doing

  • Lead enterprise-wide programs and initiatives for global supply continuity of commercial and development-stage products
  • Direct cross-functional collaboration between R&D, marketing, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to align objectives and manage product lifecycle changes
  • Provide engineering expertise and business excellence methodologies to resolve manufacturing issues and maintain quality standards
  • Conduct manufacturing readiness reviews and risk assessments before major operational changes and product transfers
  • Oversee supplier integration and product transfers into Edwards facilities and external manufacturers, tracking progress against key business metrics
