Role summary
Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a Senior Manager of Health Economics and Outcomes Research to design and execute disease-specific research projects that inform commercial strategy and market access. The role involves leading HEOR initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating across clinical development and brand teams to generate evidence supporting product positioning and value assessment.

- MPH, MS in Health Outcomes/Health Economics, or related degree with 6+ years pharma HEOR experience
- PhD in Health Economics/Outcomes or PharmD with 4+ years similar HEOR experience as alternative
- Managerial or functional management experience required
- Strong data analytics skills with experience in claims analysis and large dataset management
- SAS or other statistical programming proficiency; advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Publication and medical writing experience required
- Proven ability to lead internal and external teams with strong interpersonal skills

- Oversee vendor management and ensure HEOR content quality with development and brand teams
- Develop and execute tactical initiatives; establish budgets, schedules, and performance requirements

- Contribute to HEOR strategy development and departmental goal achievement
