Experience supporting compliance program design, implementation, or transformation initiatives preferred
Working knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial, medical affairs, and patient engagement models preferred
CCEP accreditation or similar compliance certification preferred

Deliver proactive, actionable risk-based guidance and compliant options to business leaders supporting strategic objectives
Embed principles-based decision-making into business activities by applying sound judgment aligned to risk tolerance
Assess and manage compliance risk for key initiatives, identify emerging risks, and translate requirements into practical guidance
Lead or support risk assessments, monitoring activities, and data analysis to identify trends and inform mitigation strategies
Partner cross-functionally to integrate compliance by design into business processes, systems, and operating models
