- Define and deploy regional customer experience roadmap aligned with European objectives and Order-to-Cash processes
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs including service levels, productivity, compliance, and cost management
- Lead standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency
- Direct transformation programs including digitalization, automation, and change management
- Develop managers and leaders through coaching, talent management, and succession planning
