Role summary
Senior Manager leading Baxter's government pricing strategy across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and equipment. Owns regulatory compliance, pricing submissions, and financial partnerships while advising cross-functional leadership on complex multi-agency requirements.

- 8–10 years government price reporting experience (6+ years with demonstrated expertise acceptable)
- Deep knowledge of Medicaid AMP/BP, Medicare ASP, 340B, VA/FSS, and state transparency programs
- Proven ability to interpret complex regulations and translate methodology into business impact
- Leadership experience managing teams and overseeing external vendors or managed service providers
- Strong analytical skills including scenario modeling and financial analysis
- Experience building controls and audit frameworks in regulated environments
- Systems expertise with Model N or similar pricing platforms
What you'll be doing
- Serve as enterprise subject matter expert on government pricing regulations and policy interpretation
- Lead end-to-end ownership of AMP, BP, ASP, 340B submissions ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Advise Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Marketing on downstream impacts of pricing decisions
- Oversee outsourced calculation partners and manage Model N and other platforms
- Partner with Finance on reserve management, accruals monitoring, and financial exposure alignment
