Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, DO) with 4+ years relevant experience preferred
Proven experience in strategic content planning, vendor management, and biopharmaceutical industry communications
Knowledge of regulatory and legal frameworks governing scientific communications and prescription product promotion
Strong analytical and communication skills with multi-channel platform expertise
Digital fluency and artificial intelligence literacy
Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% annually

What you'll be doing

Lead development and oversee global scientific communication and HCP engagement plans in partnership with medical leads
Develop strategic content briefs aligned to scientific narratives and product objectives to guide content creation
Provide strategic review and ensure dissemination of scientific materials maintains accuracy, evidence alignment, and compliance
Define, implement, and track metrics and KPIs to assess communication impact and operational efficiency
Cultivate cross-functional collaboration and manage external vendors to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
