Role summary
Senior Manager role leading global scientific publication and healthcare provider engagement strategies for oncology products. - Lead development and implementation of global scientific communication and HCP engagement plans with product medical leads
- Develop product publication plans and manage manuscript, abstract, poster, and presentation development
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure publication impact and engagement effectiveness
- Manage external vendors and agencies while ensuring quality, compliance, and knowledge transfer
- Mentor scientific communications staff and drive process improvements and digital innovation initiatives
