What you'll be doing

Translate enterprise GEO strategy into coordinated action across RDBU and Global brand portfolios
Lead cross-functional reviews and drive alignment between marketing, medical, communications, and regional stakeholders
Coordinate GEO platform work and agency deliverables to identify opportunities and initiate follow-up actions
Incorporate GEO recommendations into global-to-local marketing plans, content, and digital experiences
Monitor GEO performance metrics and recommend optimizations across brands and markets
