What you'll be doing
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Brand Managers and build high-performing talent pipeline
- Define and execute annual and long-term EMEA portfolio strategy aligned with global objectives
- Drive portfolio growth through innovative campaigns, customer engagement and commercial excellence initiatives
- Develop scalable marketing assets, campaigns and best practices for localisation across EMEA markets
- Partner with divisional leadership on product launches, lifecycle management and M&A integration opportunities
