What you'll be doing

Manage core QMS programs including deviations, investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and complaints
Lead eQMS implementation, configuration, validation, and optimization with phase-appropriate design
Execute day-to-day QMS record management and oversight within the electronic system
Define data governance, system configuration, and reporting requirements with internal stakeholders
Develop quality metrics, perform trending analysis, and present KPIs for management review
