What you'll be doing

Lead, coach, and develop team of analytical scientists; foster technical excellence and career growth
Provide strategic leadership for analytical development and phase-appropriate control strategies across small-molecule programs
Serve as analytical lead within multidisciplinary CMC teams; influence project strategy and key decisions
Establish and execute analytical project plans including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation
Identify and implement innovative technologies and new ways of working to improve efficiency and speed
