Role summary
Bio-Techne seeks a Senior Manager to lead Denver operations and supply chain functions, overseeing customer service, planning, purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics in a life sciences environment. - Strong ERP, data, and operational problem-solving skills
- Lean or continuous improvement experience required
- Buy/sell, distribution, or life sciences experience strongly preferred
What you'll be doing
- Own end-to-end site operational performance including on-time delivery, backlog, inventory health, and supplier reliability
- Establish disciplined operating cadence connecting daily execution to longer-term improvement initiatives
- Build and strengthen planning, replenishment, and inventory control processes and accountability mechanisms
- Manage supplier performance expectations, escalation processes, and corrective action oversight
- Lead warehouse, logistics, and continuous improvement efforts while developing high-accountability teams
