Develop and execute commercial plans, periodic operating reviews, and sales force effectiveness initiatives
Partner with teams to design, implement, and measure digital and omnichannel strategies
Monitor market performance against targets, identify trends and risks, and generate actionable business insights
Lead training programs, incentive compensation planning, CRM optimization, and field force performance initiatives
