Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Partner with brand leaders to set priorities and translate them into analytical questions and actionable workplans
- Lead comprehensive analyses of brand performance, demand drivers, payer shifts, promotional impact, and competitive trends
- Develop and maintain KPI definitions, business rules, and analytical standards ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Lead end-to-end analytics delivery including scoping, execution, quality review, and stakeholder communication
- Lead and mentor analytics team members while managing cross-functional collaboration with global partners
