Role summary
Senior Manager position leading Integrated DNA Technologies' global commercial agreements team. Responsible for contract execution excellence, governance, process standardization, and lifecycle management while partnering across commercial, legal, finance, and operations functions to support profitable growth.

- 5+ years experience in contracts, commercial operations, deal desk, tenders, pricing, or legal operations
- 2+ years people leadership experience with hiring, coaching, and team development
- Experience negotiating and administering commercial agreements, contracts, or framework agreements
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations
- Experience developing business processes, governance programs, or workflow automation
- Experience with contract lifecycle management systems, CRM, or ERP platforms
What you'll be doing
- Lead and develop global team responsible for commercial agreements, tenders, and lifecycle management
- Oversee preparation, negotiation, execution, and administration of commercial agreements for compliance and objectives
- Drive contract lifecycle processes including renewals, extensions, amendments, and end-of-life activities
- Establish standardized processes, KPIs, and governance mechanisms to improve turnaround and scalability
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and regional leadership on strategic agreements
