Partner with Business Operations and G&A teams to plan and execute strategic initiatives aligned with company priorities
Lead complex cross-functional projects and workstreams, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and success measures
Develop business cases, process analyses, operational metrics, and decision-ready insights for stakeholders
Design, document, and operationalize processes, governance mechanisms, and operating rhythms for assigned initiatives
Lead change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and adoption support
