Coach global teams and leaders on SAFe practices, Agile governance, and product-oriented delivery approaches
Establish and promote Agile metrics to measure delivery health, flow, quality, and business impact
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop reusable playbooks to scale Agile maturity across organization
