Role summary

Senior IT Operations Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and managing Profluent's comprehensive IT infrastructure. The role encompasses workstation provisioning, identity and access management, network architecture, cloud environments, and end-user support, reporting to the Director of Security, Compliance & IT.

What they're looking for

Hands-on expertise administering Google Workspace and productivity applications
Demonstrated experience with Rippling platform or similar HRIS/device management systems
Strong background in endpoint security tools such as SentinelOne or equivalent EDR solutions
Proficiency designing and managing enterprise network infrastructure using Meraki or similar platforms
Experience implementing physical access control, VPN solutions, and multi-factor authentication
Solid knowledge of Mac and Windows workstation lifecycle management and patch deployment

What you'll be doing

Administer Google Workspace, manage user accounts, groups, and security policies including DLP rules
Configure and maintain Rippling platform with deployment scripting for automated device provisioning and MDM policies
Deploy and monitor endpoint detection and response solutions across all company devices
Design and optimize Meraki network infrastructure including VLAN segmentation, firewall rules, and wireless security
Implement and maintain keycard access control, VPN, and multi-factor authentication across systems
