Role summary

- Define and maintain IT strategy, application roadmaps, and technology priorities for sourcing functions
- Support discovery model by identifying business outcomes, prioritizing them, and determining appropriate delivery approaches
- Drive delivery of prioritized outcomes by tracking ROI, authoring specifications, and ensuring measurable improvements
- Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence through analytics, automation, and compliance with regulatory standards
