What you'll be doing

Partner with HR and Learning leaders to align business functions with IT capabilities and corporate strategy
Define and maintain HR and Learning IT strategy including application roadmaps and technology priorities
Support discovery model by identifying business outcomes and prioritizing them against value stream backlogs
Drive delivery and value realization by leading proofs of concept, tracking ROI, and measuring post-delivery improvements
Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence through advanced analytics, automation, and regulatory compliance
