Role summary
Eurofins seeks an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives in Katowice. The role combines strategic advisory, talent management, and operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle, requiring a commercially minded professional with strong business partnering capabilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 5-10 years progressive HR experience including business partnering role
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and talent management
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders and influencing business decisions
- Experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, L&D, compensation, and organizational development
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Partner with business leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning to meet business needs
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and talent management initiatives to strengthen organizational culture
- Develop succession planning and career development programs to build leadership pipelines
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and employment legislation matters
