- Lead open enrollment and benefits education initiatives with supporting materials and events
- Manage day-to-day benefits administration including lifecycle events and vendor escalations
- Monitor utilization, costs, and trends to support budgeting and leadership decision-making
- Deliver bilingual benefits communications and guidance to employees in Spanish and English
