What you'll be doing

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Leica Biosystems instruments and systems
Provide technical support on-site, remotely, via email, and phone for digital pathology and histology products
Conduct installations, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and customer training per standard procedures
Collaborate with Sales, Applications, and Technical Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize downtime
Identify service opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
