What you'll be doing
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with stakeholders across health systems, IDNs, specialty pharmacies, and national priority accounts
- Lead enterprise-level reimbursement strategies using influence mapping to identify and engage key decision-makers across complex organizations
- Assess systemic access and reimbursement barriers including prior authorization, claims, and specialty pharmacy workflows
- Create account-specific implementation plans, educational resources, and best-practice documentation at scale
- Coordinate communication and execution across field reimbursement managers, account teams, and internal support functions
