Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Lead daily facilities operations and maintenance across building systems, equipment, and site services
- Supervise, coach, and develop facilities personnel to meet performance and operational objectives
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facility infrastructure
- Manage facility modification and improvement projects including scheduling and cost control
- Oversee contractor and vendor performance for maintenance, janitorial, grounds, and security services
