Role summary
Amgen seeks a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Patient Access and Services in the Rare Disease Business Unit. The role involves managing executive operations, calendar coordination, confidential communications, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote position based in the Chicago area.

- Executive assistance experience preferred

- Experience with travel coordination, expense reporting, and event logistics
What you'll be doing
- Strategically manage VP's calendar, prepare agendas and meeting materials for internal and external leadership meetings
- Handle confidential communications including strategic initiatives and HR matters; prepare correspondence and presentations
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and maintain compliance with corporate policies and training
- Support planning and coordination of leadership meetings, team offsites, business reviews, and advisory boards
- Collaborate with Patient Access and Services leadership team and cross-functional partners as primary point of contact
