Role summary

Catalent seeks a Senior Engineering Technician to maintain and repair bioprocess equipment at an FDA-licensed gene therapy manufacturing facility in Harmans, Maryland. Ability to lift 40 lbs and work on ladders; extended standing in manufacturing environment

What you'll be doing

Execute preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation of bioprocess equipment including fermenters, bioreactors, centrifuges, and chromatography systems
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Manage preventive maintenance programs using CMMS and maintain engineering documentation and equipment history
Develop job aids, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides for routine maintenance and repairs
Coordinate with equipment vendors and procurement on parts, calibrations, and preventive maintenance scheduling

Compensation$38.46-$52.88 hourly plus shift differential and annual bonus, when eligible
