What you'll be doing
- Coach managers and advise on appropriate actions to address employee performance and conduct issues
- Answer employee and leadership inquiries regarding HR policies, employment law, contracts, and performance management
- Prepare disciplinary and termination documentation in collaboration with labor law specialists
- Coordinate between on-site HR experts and regional HR Shared Services to resolve complex inquiries
- Lead region-wide harmonization projects, mentor team members, and drive process standardization initiatives
