What you'll be doing

  • Lead development and execution of US medical affairs strategy for assigned nephrology assets from pre-launch through lifecycle management
  • Serve as primary internal medical-scientific authority, interpreting clinical trial data and real-world evidence to inform strategy
  • Build and manage a team of Medical Directors and Associate Medical Directors
  • Cultivate relationships with US nephrology thought leaders and academic investigators to support evidence generation
  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Market Access, and Regulatory teams to ensure aligned launch execution
