- Develop and evolve Center of Excellence long-range strategy and supply chain roadmap
- Build cross-functional alignment with IT, Finance, CMC, Commercial, R&D, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams
- Own supply chain project portfolio, drive performance against milestones and lead change management
- Guide utilization of advanced planning and analytics tools; manage master data and digital roadmap
- Lead team of direct reports; foster accountability, agility, and data-driven decision-making culture
