What you'll be doing
- Define and execute end-to-end supply chain planning strategy aligned with regional and global business objectives
- Lead global SIOP/IBP and S&OE processes, ensuring timely decision-making and cross-functional alignment
- Manage supply chain planning team, setting priorities and driving transformational improvements
- Monitor and improve supply chain performance metrics including OTIF, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns
- Drive digitization and standardization of regional and global planning processes across sourcing, production, and fulfillment
