What you'll be doing

Design and deliver subscription lifecycle analytics for ARR, churn, retention, and renewal forecasting
Build predictive models for churn risk, upsell propensity, and usage intelligence
Architect and implement automation solutions for onboarding, provisioning, renewals, and customer communications
Establish data governance standards, KPI definitions, and ensure quality across CRM, billing, and ERP systems
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Commercial, Finance, and Customer Success teams on analytics priorities
